BHUTAN TELECOM’S CORONATION & CENTENARY LUCKY DRAW:
Celebrate coronation and centenary with Bhutan Telecom and
WIN ONE, TWO OR THREE CARS.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
As a part of Coronation and Centenary Celebration Bhutan Telecom will hold three lucky draws for B-Mobile customers, one each on the 7th November 2008, 11th November 2008 and 17th December 2008. The winner on each draw will win a Car.
- The winning number must be active at 9:00 AM on the morning of the draw date. A printed list of active subscriber numbers will be taken out at 9:00 AM on the draw date and only those subscribers on the list will be eligible for the draw.
***Active subscribers for prepaid means subscribers with voucher validity while for postpaid it refers to subscribers that are not disconnected.
- The first two digits (i.e., 17) of a subscriber number are common to all B-Mobile customers. Therefore, the first two digits need not be selected during the draw. Hence, the draw will start from the 3rd digit onwards.
- Since there are no subscriber numbers starting from 170, 174 or 179, the digits ‘0’, ‘4’ and ‘9’ will be omitted from the list of numbers available for draw of the 3rd digit. i.e., the Tambola (Bingo) basket for the 3rd digit will only contain the digits 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
- Since the 4th to 8th digits can contain any combination of digits, the “Tambola” (Bingo) basket will therefore contain all the digits from ‘0’ to ‘9’.
- The chief guest with other invitees will draw all 6 numbers from the 6 Tambola (Bingo) baskets and display the numbers at once. Once all the numbers are drawn, they will be prefixed with 17 and the corresponding number generated from the selection will be verified against the list of active subscriber numbers that have been generated already on the morning (9:00 AM) of the draw. If the number drawn is not in the list, it will be considered invalid and a new number will be generated again. This procedure will be continued until an active subscriber is chosen as the winner.
- As soon as a valid subscriber number is chosen and the winner is announced, a BTL representative will call the winner and inform him/her about the prize.
- The winner must produce his/her citizenship identity card in case of Bhutanese nationals or other identity documents in case of foreigners to match the ownership of the SIM as registered in our record at the time of claiming the prize.
Please ensure your SIM is registered in your name with your correct citizenship card number. For ownership changes please contact your nearest BTL office with necessary documents.
- Prize should be claimed within 30 days of the draw. Prize not claimed within the said period shall be forfeited and the winning customer shall not have any claims on Bhutan Telecom.
- All kinds of expenses incurred after the prize is claimed (such as registration fees, insurance premium, etc.) shall be borne by the winning customer.
- The lucky draws shall be held at the Citizens’ Initiative for Centenary and Coronation Celebrations (CICCC) ground below Yangchenphu Higher Secondary School. The draw shall be held in public and nobody shall be restrained from witnessing the draw.
- In case of dispute or disagreement related to the lucky draw, the decision of the Executive Committee of Bhutan Telecom shall be final and binding.
