BTL One-Stop-Shop: A defining moment for customer value

Bhutan Telecom Limited opened a One-Stop-Shop (OSS) in the heart of Thimphu town. Located on the first floor of Karma Khangzang building between Norbu Rabten Press and the Center Mall, adjacent to Thimphu Central building, the shop will provide access to Bhutan Telecom's services to the customers. The OSS will open out of the government timings, including week ends and government holidays.
Services presently available at BTL One-Stop-Shop includes; bill payments for fixed lines, Druknet internet and B-Mobile, new service provisioning, walk-in complaints, information dissemination, SIMs sales and replacements, sales of vouchers..etc. In future additional services such as handset configuration for GPRS/EDGE/3G mobile services shall be included as and when BTL launches 3G services. It will also be a place for customer experience of 3G services. Customers in Thimphu town no longer need to travel to BTL head office to avail telecom services.
